New rules proposed for Mortgage Brokers

I don't think this is the solution to the problem. However, registration beets full on licensing. The Denver Post has more.

"Mortgage brokers doing business in Colorado should register with the state and post $100,000 bonds, Colorado's top regulatory agency recommends, citing recurring broker abuses."
